Low Slope Roofs

Low slope roofs are used in residential and commercial applications. Our roofing team has the experience and skills to take on any type of project. We have the experience and certifications to install and repair most types of commercial roofing systems.
• Single Ply roofing membranes provide a variety of materials to choose from. Their main characteristic is that they are designed to be installed in one layer. They also exhibit great flexibility and their resistant to UV radiation is superior when compared to other products. It is usually black or white finish, and glued, fastened or install directly over roof deck or roof insulation.

• Modified bitumen roofing systems are among the longer lasting roofing options for flat roofs. Modified bitumen is a type of asphalt product that can be applied in a number of ways to the roof in both hot and cold temperatures. Modified bitumen roofs have a lot of advantages over other types of membrane roofing, and are often seen as the modern alternative to the built up roof.

• Roof coatings are monolithic, fully adhered, fluid applied roofing membranes. Coatings have elastic properties that allow them to stretch and return to their original shape without damage. Typical roof coatings dry film thickness vary from paint film thickness (plus or minus 3 dry mils) to more than 40 dry mils. This means a roof coating actually becomes the top layer of a composite roof membrane and underlying system. As such, the roof coating becomes the topmost layer of protection for the membrane, receiving the impact of sunlight (both infrared and ultraviolet (UV), rain, hail and physical damage.
